FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Submit a request on the form conveniently located on the Orto events page.

  • All communication with our event coordinator will be through either through email or over the phone.

    You may view the restaurant between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM Tuesday through Friday. Our event coordinator unfortunately cannot assist you during that time.


    Please note, if you stop by the dining room will not be set up the way it will be the day of your event.

  • Yes!

    You may arrive at 11:15 – 45 minutes prior to your event – to make any preparations necessary. This is the earliest time you will have access to the space.  Due to limited time, assembling complex decorations like balloon arches is not feasible; plan accordingly. 

    Orto is a historical building and we ask is your decorations do not cause any damage or mess in our space. In this interest we do not permit any of the following:

    • No damage to any walls or fixtures

    • No confetti or balloons filled with confetti

    • Nothing hanging from the beams or our light fixtures


  • We offer private events every afternoon from 12:00 to 3:30 (except Mondays). Unfortunately, there are no exceptions and we are unable to accommodate events at other times.

    We can accommodate groups of up to 12 during diner service on a large table which can be reserved through our reservation platform or over the phone.

  • Given the nature of our events, we cannot accommodate formal and elaborate wedding receptions due to time and space restraints.  We might be able to accommodate a small wedding luncheon if the time and space restraints allow.


  • Weekend dates are generally booked far-out with available dates listed above. We have great availability on week days and can accommodate last minute bookings!

  • The pricing starts at 34 dollars per person for a three course menu (plus tax and gratuity). While there is no guest minimum, there is a $1000 spending minimum before tax and gratuity for all events and there is a 60 guest maximum. Add-ons, including a 4-course upgrade and additional dessert options, are detailed in the pricing section below.
