    Include interested event date(s), name, phone, email

    Our Event Coordinator will respond to your request with our availability, and if available will hold the date. For the date to be considered booked you will first receive an email confirming the date is available and then and email requesting the following:

    • $50 deposit

    • Signed copy of our contract

    (Your event is not be considered booked until you have received an email confirmation )

    Access to the restaurant is from 11:15 AM until 3:45 PM on the day of your event. This includes time allotted for set up, guest arrival / departure, and break down. Typical events run from 12 PM - 3:30 PM. Providing set-up from 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM. This timing is non-negotiable.

    • We cannot accommodate a wedding reception or small post wedding luncheon

    • For communions and Baptisms we recommend you confirm timing with the church prior to booking

    • Your event will be held in the main dining room and it will will the only event at this time

    • All discussions regarding your event will take place via email until we call you the week before your event. This is to ensure that we can get back to you as quickly as possible and eliminate the possibility of missed messages and confusion stemming from discussing your event over the phone or in person with multiple people.

    • You may stop by to see the space after 1 PM Tuesday - Friday or Saturday and Sunday after 5 PM. During your visit to see the space you may document your questions and then follow-up via email to discuss your event further. There will not be a person available to discuss your event during your visit.

    Please note, if you stop by the dining room will not be set up the way it will be the day of your event. Images will be shared with you of the layout which depends on the size of your event.

    • Yes, you are welcome to bring in decorations. You will find that we do have a few hidden hooks and nails to accommodate most banners or baby/bridal shower “clothes lines”.

    • No permanent damage to any walls or fixtures

    • No confetti or balloons filled with confetti

    • You are also welcome to drop off wine or decorations any time after 1 PM Tuesday through Friday during the week of your event. This way you do not need to worry about loading and unloading everything that morning, and we can keep your white wine chilled!

    • We cannot allow access to the restaurant before 11:15 or after 3:45. This timing is non-negotiable.

      • This includes time for set up/ break down, guest arrival/ departure, and your event.

      • You may need adjust the amount of your decorations or event time to after 12:15 PM to accommodate

    • Candles and centerpieces are permitted

    • We have an easel available for you to display a sign

    • We do NOT have table numbers displayed on your tables for assigned seating

    • We supply music that will be played during your event. No DJs or song controls are permitted.

    • You will have access to the restaurant from 11:15 AM until 3:45 PM (NON - NEGOTIABLE) on the day of your event. This includes time allotted for set up/break down, guest arrival/departure, and your event. Events typically run from 12 PM -3:30 PM. You will not be able to access the restaurant before 11:15 AM or after 3:45 PM

    • You are also welcome to drop off wine or decorations any time after 1 PM Tuesday through Friday during the week of your event. This way you do not need to worry about loading and unloading everything that morning, and we can keep your white wine chilled!

  • We cannot accommodate a wedding reception or small post wedding luncheon in the time allotted for an afternoon party.
