🍝Paccheri with Braised Beef & Caramelized Onion Ragu: This one's my favorite. The beef is tender and the caramelized onions build a rich sweetness in the ragu. The noodles are always cooked perfectly al dente.

🌿Gramigna with Crumbled Sausage & Pecorino: What Chef is plating now. This is a richer dish with hearty crumbled sausage, tomatoes, cream, and a sharp finish from the Pecorino. If you love sausage, you have to try this one.
